| Aladema Slim, the most wicked desperado in the Old West, has settled into a life of luxury. Having bought out most of the Western Coast, Slim now finds himself the proprietor of a very large mansion in the middle of it all. He has his hypnotic voice to thank for this, as he is able to use this ability to control all sorts of beasts with ease. Though he's a bit lazy at enforcing orders himself, this former cattle rustler isn't one to shy away from a threat to his throne. |

| Not many could tell you about Mayor Doom, and even less could tell you good things about him. Formerly the judge of ToonTown, Doom destroyed it and the many films that made up the town's culture. Where it once stood now stands both DOOMTown and the DOOMRoads in it's place. Rarely seen in public, he's amassed his wealth and funnels it into new innovations. DOOMRoads lead just about anywhere, and nearly everyone in the world has a DOOMPhone. Good things happen to men with visions. |

Though he might not fully understand it, Louie has learned how to make Man's Fire for himself, and was able to conquer the nearby villages for himself. Now, Louie has declared himself to be a human, and rules over numerous human settlements. Man and ape live side-by-side in Louie's mad realm, and the king couldn't be happier. |
